Event FAQ:

• If I register online, how do I collect my entry ticket?
  There is no physical ticket – we will match your I.D. to the list of registrant names at the event door

• Can I register/buy an entry ticket at the event?
  Last-minute registration will be sold at the door for a higher price than previously offered

• Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
  Sales are final – no refunds, nor transfer of registration, is allowed

• I’m unable to pay by credit card – is there an alternative payment method available?

• I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?

  MEDICAL NOTE: medications are required to be labeled in original packaging (prescription or over-the-counter), put in a clear plastic baggie, and left with the designated KPG volunteer the night of the event

• What am I allowed to bring to the event?
  Purses and bags will not be allowed into the venue for safety reasons (free sanitary products will be provided in the bathrooms)

• Do I need to bring money for games or meals?
  No – your registration fee covers access to all entertainment and food/drink

• What should I wear?
  Dress comfortably! –athleisure, tennis shoes….school-appropriate clothing

• Can I leave early?
  No one is allowed to leave under any circumstances other than a medical emergency

• Can parents who aren’t volunteering come to watch?
  No - only official volunteers are allowed inside the event

• Will there be security at the event?
  Yes – Keller Police officers will be on-site for the duration of the event
